Refunds & Exchanges
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, your order may be returned for a refund or exchange. All purchases must be returned in perfect condition and must not have been worn or washed. The original packaging and receipt sent with the order must be enclosed.
Just notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org that you intend to return your purchase and send it to us within 14 days of the date you received your order. Returns received after 14 days will be refunded at our discretion. Please send returns to: Karen Hanvik, Cromwell House South, 349 Loose Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 9PY.
For exchanges, please let us know by email which product you would like to change your purchase for. We will reserve your item while you return your original order to us. If your item is out of stock, we will let you know by email and you will have the option to refund or select another product. If your chosen exchange is less than your purchase, we will refund the price difference. We will not charge delivery for your exchange item.
For refunds, once we have received your return, we will notify you by email when the refund has been made. We aim to process refunds within 5 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning the purchase to us. For purchases delivered outside of the UK, we are unable to refund the local taxes and customs duties paid. The amount of time it takes for the refund to reach your account will depend on your credit card company or bank.
Please note we will not issue refunds on purchases that do not arrive or are damaged. We suggest that goods are returned with a sufficient proof of postage, Royal Mail or courier service insurance that will adequately cover the cost of the item(s) should they be lost in delivery.
We endeavour to produce high-quality, beautiful silk products, which are quality checked before shipping. If you feel that your purchase may be faulty, please email us within 14 days of the day you received your order.
Please remember, silk is a natural weave and irregularities and variations in the weave or texture of our products are not to be considered defects since this is a characteristic of a natural fibre.
As silk is a delicate fabric that can easily snag or become damaged during handling, we ask that you take care of your purchase until you return it to us. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange if reasonable care has not been taken of the returned items. Please see our care for silk page for more information.
